Firstly, thanks once again for your patience with this.
We now have a solution available via the dealer network, it has been recently communicated to the dealers and they should all be aware. If you do encounter a dealer who is not familiar with the update please accept our apologies and contact our customer service team on 08000 72 33 72 and they will liaise with the dealer on your behalf.
The update is simple to do and involves downloading a file to a USB memory key, plugging it into the car, and going through a routine on the radio menu to update the software - it takes a few minutes. As it is a simple process we recognise that some customers may wish to update their car themselves, rather than take time out to visit a dealer. To that end, we will be launching a web page this week where you can download the file, together with the instructions. We will post the link here as soon as the page is ready.
